One way we achieve this is by adhering to Schaul’s Signature Cuisine & Event’s philosophy to use the best and freshest ingredients to produce the highest quality of food for you and your guests to enjoy.

As a Chicago catering company we know that our clients’ needs are varied so we made sure to include a variety of cuisines in our menus. Catered Classics not only offers traditional foods that are considered mainstays, we offer current trend foods that illustrate the talent in our kitchen. If you don’t see something on our menus please don’t hesitate to ask as our kitchen’s culinary prowess goes far beyond what we have on paper.

Schaul’s has been in the food business long enough to know that good food accompanied by poor service accomplishes nothing. You will find our staff attentive not only to your needs but more importantly to your guests’ needs. Our professional staff will take all steps necessary in order to make your event go as smoothly as possible.
